League is accepting applications for teams Apr 1
Any teams wishing to join our league for the Sept. 09 season please contact our president, Ricky Lowen, 604 302-8636. Players wishing to play next year watch this space in August as teams advertise for players.
2009 Champions: Impact Mar 29
FV Impact defeated the Dirtybirds 2 - 1 to win the 2009 playoff final. It is the Impact's 2nd win in the first 3 years of the ASAMSL. Congratulations to the Impact on a very fine season. And congratulations to all of the teams and all of the players for making this another successful year. With his hat-trick contributing to team White's 4 - 2 victory over team Blue, Reuben Timmerman took home the Ferrari as MVP in the annual all-star game.
Playoff final Mar 16
Brand's Welding beat Dirtybirds, in extra time, 2-1, to win the second season playoff trophy. It was perhaps fitting that one of these teams won the regular-season cup, and the other won the playoff trophy. Kudos to both teams and all the players for their excellent season and a very well played playoff final.
FV Impact champions May 4
FV Impact beat Abby S.C. 3-0 in the league final to take the inaugural season playoff trophy. FV Impact also took home the regular season cup.
